What happens if the recipient is not present at the delivery address?

In cases where the recipient cannot be found at the address, we first try to contact the recipient, and if unreachable, we get in touch with the sender. The package is left at a location where the recipient can pick it up based on their guidance.

Can I add a personal message to my order?

After filling in the recipient's name and Shipping Address, you can write your own personal message in the "Add a Note to My Order" section.
